On the relation of individual-typological features of wrestlers´ nervous system with the success of their competitive activity

The purpose of the article is to study dynamics indicators electro-skin resistance (ESR) in pre-start, competitive and post-competitive period, depending on outcome wrestling match. For 26 wrestlers 19.26±0.3 years old we studied ESR during weighing (background), before after fight. Intergroup features mental states were analyzed connection with victory or defeat. winners, day was 12.97 kOhm, for losers it 14.65 kOhm. Before entering mat, stress increases all wrestlers, however, those who subsequently lose fight, more pronounced. Pre-competitive emotional arousal among winners develops a timely manner prematurely: difference between results 16.21% (p<0.01). psycho-emotional does not decrease competition, by 19% (p<0.05), which indicates need additional health rehabilitation measures.
